Whether they be entry level or very senior positions, we can provide the training applicants need. And then your engineering organization can sign off on the fact that the training teaches the things they want applicants to know to do the job. Then we can make a direct pipeline from our trainees to your open jobs.

At the higher sponsorship levels, OST2 can work with your HR or internal training organization to provide data about classes completed by your current employees. That can take the form of standalone reports or it can integrate with your other internal training systems. This can mature both your own internal training process and your employees. We will also provide yearly reports so that you can see how you're getting significant professional development for your employees for a fraction of what the equivalent in-person class attendance would cost.
